As Database Manager you will lead on the management of all data requirements across the charity. Based at our office in Aylesbury, with flexibility to work from home Permanent, part-time contract: 28 hours per week Salary circa £26,000 per annum depending on experience (FTE circa £32,500) This role is key to delivering database services across our organisation that are effective and allow us to provide the best services for people affected by lymphoma, as well as raise the funds needed to do this. As Database Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of our database, producing reports and analysis for teams across the organisation as well as being a key player in the migration to a new CRM database later in the year. This will be the exciting next step in our investment in ICT which has already seen the launch of our new website and excellent infrastructure to enable remote working. To be successful you will need to be: Experienced in database management with excellent IT and technical ability Highly organised and solution focused with great attention to detail and the ability to work through a project plan Resourceful and proactive as someone who enjoys working with data and is able to approach new systems with ease Collaborative and innovative with great communications skills to inspire all teams across Lymphoma Action to effectively use the database Analytical and methodical with the ability to interrogate our data so that we can more effectively How to apply for this role Please read the Recruitment Pack and Job Description thoroughly, including the selection criteria listed in the Person Specification.
