The Lead Marketing Manager – Individual Donations will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the individual donations area. Focused on maximising income and recruiting financial supporters, the role will grow the individual donations income stream through existing and new activity including appeals, individual fundraising and general donations.
With experience within marketing and fundraising, you’ll have specialist knowledge of donor acquisition activity across multiple channels and be able to deliver activity to grow financial support – including direct, digital, social and experiential. Ideally you’ll have knowledge of mobile and broadcast marketing. You will have experience of “test and learn” using data to help inform decision making.
You’ll have an understanding of audiences, data strategy and best practice with the ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
