We seek an individual who will take responsibility for the strategic direction and delivery of all aspects of marketing communications for the charity, maximising the opportunities to promote our work, drive engagement with our brand, uphold our reputation, and deliver effective operational support to our services and fundraising teams.
You will have experience across the marketing mix notably in PR, digital, brand management and delivering trailblazing marketing campaigns. Your vision and leadership skills should be underpinned by a demonstrable track record of strong and effective delivery to drive audience engagement and participation.
Demonstrable experience of managing a team with a leadership and management style that emphasises a collaborative working approach and good interpersonal communications skills are paramount. You will have a proactive, positive and supportive manner and ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple work streams.
Previous experience within the charity sector is desirable. This is a full time role on a temporary contract to cover a period of maternity leave, however we will consider part time applications as part of a job share. Base location can be either our Eltham or Sittingbourne hospice.
