We are about to embark on an exciting new three-year project funded by national lottery Digital Fund, which we want you to play a key part in.
We are building a unique one-stop information, advice and support hub for kinship carers, across the country. The project will transform the way we support kinship care families – harnessing digital technologies to reach more people with more timely, relevant and personalised information to support them throughout their journey.
Kinship care families are at the very heart of everything we do, so you will work closely with our digital service design agency on an initial discovery phase to find out from service users and stakeholders what national and local information, advice and support they need. Using this insight, and the expertise of our staff and partner organisations, you will develop content for our digital hub.
During the design phase of the project you will be working with the agency on building and testing the digital hub so you will be comfortable with online technologies as well as working in an agile way – testing, learning, improving and scaling.
This is the perfect role for an all-round digital self-starter with over one year of digital experience. You will work with some innovative digital agencies on a high profile project that will transform how the charity services it’s beneficiaries and develop life-changing support for kinship carers across the country.
