You will join as a Digital Engagement Manager to help us shape our digital environment as we look to streamline our online offer and exploit new and emerging opportunities.
Digital Engagement Manager Responsibilities:
Key to your role, will be to act as the in-house customer experience and journey planning expert across our digital offer, covering the end to end planning, scoping and delivery of all engagement campaigns. You will manage a team of customer experience experts across traditional digital marketing, content marketing and conversion optimisation, ensuring that the process from ideation through to delivery and evaluation is streamlined and efficient.
Digital Engagement Manager Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in integrated planning and overseeing the delivery of audience centred journeys, you will work closely with internal teams, partners and suppliers to drive digital engagement with our content and services.
- You will have in-depth expertise in a broad range of digital marketing techniques gained either in-house or agency side. You will be comfortable with a wide range of tools used for researching, monitoring and analysing audience engagement across the digital space.
- Key to this role will be the ability to build upon pre-existing foundations and grow and develop our impact through strategy formulation, the introduction of new capabilities and processes.

Salary: £50,000 per annum (Inc. London weighting)
