Samaritans are looking for a Digital Content Producer who will champion digital content creation across the organisation by planning, sourcing and producing high-quality, creative and engaging digital content and online resources. This role will involve delivering a diverse range of assets including video, photography, graphics, audio and other multimedia to help us support more people and help people to support us through fundraising and volunteering.
This role is largely focused on the creation of video content to support our campaigns and our day-to-day communications. You’ll have the technical ability to storyboard and self-shoot and produce to develop content in-house, as well as experience with sourcing and managing external suppliers.
You’ll have a creative and innovative approach to developing digital content in other forms too, creating graphics, audio and animations for our digital channels, and you’ll have a strong understanding of how to most effectively publish and deliver this content and report on its success.
This role will involve meeting volunteers, fundraisers and people who’ve used our service, often in their own environments, so there will be some travel involved for some projects.
