And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Website Project Delivery Manager to join our Engagement division and to lead on the delivery of the Website Improvement project as part of our change programme – Transform.
Title: Website Project Delivery Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Contract: Fixed term – 12 months
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hampstead, North London
As the Website Project Delivery Manager, you will ensure that digital improvement is aligned to the overarching programme and delivers a joined-up, outstanding experience for supporters that is truly personal and purposeful.
Alongside colleagues within Digital Engagement, Creative Studio and IT, external partners and internal stakeholders, you will deliver – from requirements gathering to launch – an overhaul of the website design and content architecture as well as supporting platform selection, content migration, and functional improvements.
Changes to content, layout, structure and interaction design will be based on insights gathered from user research and will support an ongoing programme of experimentation and optimization using Google Optimize, building towards content personalisation.
