Based in London, The Royal Free Charity is growing fast. We are now recruiting an enthusiastic and positive digital manager to ensure our website, social media and other digital channels and campaigns work as hard as we do to achieve our vision.
Whether you are already a digital manager, or are looking to step up into a more autonomous role, you’ll need both confidence and experience to define our digital strategy, lead its implementation from the front, and measure and report on digital performance to the wider team.
The interesting and varied role includes:
Leading the development of the Charity’s digital strategy:
Improving the digital user experience for the Charity’s key audience groups:
Leading digital projects and initiatives by:
Performance reporting, and drawing insights from data.
Managing relationships with senior stakeholders, the NHS Trust and external suppliers and agencies.
Providing digital resources and guidance for organisational staff.

The ideal applicant is self-motivated and passionate about making a positive impact on the patient experience at the Royal Free Hospital. You’ll need to work well in a team, but thrive on autonomous, hands-on digital marketing and optimisation work.
