The focus of the role:
Reporting directly to the Head of CS, you’ll be owning a key part of the customer lifecycle, the on-boarding and activation phase. You will be responsible for outlining the core objectives that charities and corporate fundraisers have with Charity Checkout ensuring they are empowered to reach their fundraising goals, conducting training and ensuring a smooth transition from our business development teams.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in managing customer relationships and driving product training 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present in person and via screen share
  • A solutions focused mindset and personable team player who can work in close collaboration with customer success managers, sales, product and tech teams 
  • Natural relationship builder actively seeking feedback and championing your client internally 
  • A passion for personal development, keen to learn and grow within the business
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight that informs ongoing strategy 
  • Specific experience in the charity sector desirable but not essential
