Supporter Marketing Manager – Lotteries and Innovation
Norwich or Melbourn (depending on successful applicants preference)
£30,691 - £39,015 per annum
One of the main reasons East Anglian Air Ambulance can respond to nearly 3000 calls a year is thanks to our lottery, raffle and regular giving programme. These generate almost half of our income and our challenge is to keep them sustainable, successful and relevant. This role aims to deliver on those objectives, as well as ensuring an innovative and effective supporter journey.
Managing and developing a portfolio of campaigns (including TV, digital and traditional media), you will lead the marketing of our lottery and other giving programmes. A key component of this role is the management of our lottery canvasser contracts, making sure we are positively represented in our community, which requires excellent interpersonal skills and experience in supplier management.
This role offers you the opportunity to draw together marketing, stakeholder management and compliance skills, taking your embryonic ideas from concept all the way through to execution.
