At YoungMinds, we work hard to ensure that young people are at the heart all everything we do. We are also beginning an exciting journey towards increasing digital adoption across our work. This new role will help us combine these two ambitions.
Principally, the role will be focused on leading our digital programme to engage more young people than ever before in mental health co-production, research and campaigning. Working with a healthy budget, alongside a brilliant digital agency and with real commitment at senior level, you will develop, prototype and test ideas in a user-centric, insight driven way, taking a product from discovery to MVP to scaling take-up.
You will also build relationships and provide digital expertise to up-skill and inspire staff across the charity, helping to embed an agile digital product management culture and practice.
The successful candidate will be a strong project manager with significant experience of managing and delivering digital products or services, turning user insight into workable solutions. They will also have a passion for all things digital and share our passion for improving young people’s mental health by giving ensuring that they have a powerful voice in the decisions that affect them.
We’re leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties.
The crisis in children and young people’s mental health is real and it is urgent. More children and young people than ever before are reaching out for help with their mental health. But for those who take that brave step, help is much too hard to find.
Together, we are changing this. We’re fighting for young people’s mental health. Join our fight.
