The Role

We’re looking for a savvy Digital Operations Officer to help us grow the Royal British Legion’s online presence.

As part of a busy digital team, you’ll work closely with our Digital Operations Manager to apply an Agile methodology and project manage development and content across our websites. From small updates, bug fixes and copy changes to large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, we’ll immerse you in range of exciting and challenging projects. Your technical skills and knowledge will help us create online content and functionality that meets the diverse needs of our users, delivers on business objectives and is properly resourced.

Proactive and passionate about digital and with an excellent understanding of what makes a successful website, you will be the first point of contact for our digital agency and colleagues at the Legion.

With excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, you will have the ability to prioritise your work and translate often-complex requirements into tasks and deliverables while nurturing and building key relationships. You’ll also need an eye for detail and be comfortable with admin and invoicing.
