Are you a self-starter with a passion for putting the user at the heart of digital?  Are you experienced in website development and content creation?

We are looking for a dedicated Digital Product Officer to to help maintain our digital products with an emphasis on products within our website and microsites, ensuring they meet our organisational needs and have our customers at heart

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 15,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down.

The Digital Experience team sits within the Communications and Digital directorate and creates a seamless and integrated digital experience for our customers. The team includes experts in digital product, digital marketing and social media as well as ensuring we are providing a first-rate end-to-end experience for dog lovers, dog owners and supporters.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our key digital products as well as commissioning, copywriting and publishing excellent web content. This role also includes making recommendations for improvements to ensure our website is consistently meeting user needs.

The successful candidate will have experience of working on digital product delivery as well as an understanding of user led design, customer journeys and CRM systems and how it all fits together. They will also require incredible attention to detail
