About the role
We're passionate about providing our supporters with the best possible digital experience when they choose to fundraise for us. Whether they're taking on a cycling challenge, giving up chocolate for a month, or running a bake sale - we're committed to making it as easy as possible for our supporters to find the information they need, sign up and raise money to help us beat heartbreak forever.
As Digital Product Manager for fundraising campaigns, you'll be responsible for making sure that we deliver consistently great digital products, on time and on budget.
Your job will be to manage the roadmap for your dedicated scrum team and ensure that requirements and priorities are clearly understood. You'll take a collaborative approach to working with fundraising business leads to identify what good looks like and keep all of your stakeholders informed on progress.
As a user experience champion, you'll have proven experience in taking digital products from inception through to design, development, implementation, promotion and evaluation.
You'll also be:
An excellent communicator who's able to quickly and effectively build relationships.
A creative, positive, energetic person who's comfortable working with designers, software developers and marketers
You'll also have:
Strong knowledge and understanding of digital product development and product life-cycle management
Good knowledge of Agile SCRUM digital delivery processes and practices
Good knowledge of UX, UI and customer insight practices (learning and development towards certification can be provided)
