Do you have experience in digital product management that can help us beat cancer sooner? In this Lead Product Manager role, you'll work with developers, researchers, designers, technologists and teams across the organisation to develop new and iterate existing digital products with the aim of delivering the best experience to our users. You'll own your product throughout its lifecycle, helping to shape the strategy and vision and be responsible for the roadmap. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to… Define and own the vision for one of our core digital products, balancing both business and user needs with technology solutions; Create and implement a product roadmap with clearly defined features that deliver maximise value; Create excellent relationships with key stakeholders and help them meet their strategy and objectives through your product; Work with agile delivery teams to build key product features and oversee the delivery of the product backlog; Provide guidance and mentoring to the wider product community across CRUK, being responsible for setting the standards and guidelines required for CRUK to achieve Product Management excellence. As a lead in the team you will oversee a small group of product managers, each responsible for their own products, but you'll be expected to have strategic oversight of all digital products, ensuring they align with the Technology and wider CRUK strategy.
