What you’ll do as part of our team: Devise, run and analyse digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage new audiences with us across digital platforms Work with departments across the organisation including Campaigning, Activism and Fundraising colleagues to create effective marketing campaigns to meet the organisation’s objectives Take ownership of our paid digital marketing testing strategy, documenting and sharing results across the organisation so we can learn and evolve together Contribute and assist in the development of the digital marketing strategy with suggestions to increase conversion rate About you We are looking for someone to join our fast-moving Digital Team. Working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be our expert on all things paid digital marketing; devising and delivering innovative digital campaigns that attract new audiences to the organisation. Creative, curious and courageous, you’ll have the ability to transform ideas, concepts and consumer insights into digital campaigns that inspire people to act for human rights. You will communicate effectively with colleagues, agencies, freelancers both in person and in writing; and have strong influencing and negotiating skills. You will build excellent working relationships, inspiring stakeholders at all levels. You'll thrive in the ambitious environment in which we operate, and you’re able to plan and prioritise your workload according to organisational need.
