Volunteer Engagement is our approach to volunteer management. Join our team and, working in partnership with others across the charity, you will help enable our current and new volunteers to engage at a level that is right for them, deliver great customer service and apply best practice for volunteer support and management to help us achieve our ambitious strategy. Working in a dynamic, fast moving and fun environment, no two days will be the same! You could be talking to volunteers about setting up a local hub, working with colleagues to develop volunteer roles for national initiatives, interviewing potential office volunteers or matching volunteers to requests for awareness talks and stands. What we want from you You will have great interpersonal and communication skills and be able to engage and develop good working relationships both internally and externally at all levels. Aside from being an experienced administrator, you will also have worked with volunteers and delivered a great volunteer experience. You will be a confident user of database, web and digital applications. You will be a multi-tasker who can effectively prioritise and is comfortable managing a busy and varied workload.
