NCVO has over 14,000 members, ranging from small community organisations to large charities and corporate members. This is an exciting time to join our new and expanding marketing team as we develop new and innovative capabilities and capacity. With a proven track record of managing and optimising marketing systems, you’ll have an integral role in providing data and insights to help us meet our marketing and organisational objectives. You’ll work with our CRM team to grow our database, improve the way we use it, and develop our data-driven approaches to support all our marketing activities. Analysis and reporting will be important elements of the role – tracking campaign performance, providing regular marketing and research insights to inform our decision-making, and helping to maintain our organisational dashboard of KPIs. As someone experienced in working collaboratively, you’ll develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external agencies. Well organised, you will effectively manage competing priorities.
