Job Purpose Are you an experienced, professional Marketing Coordinator with direct marketing experience of financial products and services? Age UK Enterprises offer a range of products and services tailored for the over 50s. We want you to join the team as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, where you will plan and coordinate the delivery of direct marketing campaigns, promoting our funeral plan, equity release and legal services. Main Responsibilities * Plan, monitor and implement marketing activity and budgets for Funeral Plans to deliver the acquisition targets. * Implement marketing activities including digital activity, direct mailings, advertising and door drops from initial briefing stage through to campaign completion. * Plan and implement the insert programme, including liaising with media agency to plan annual schedule based on previous performance.  * Arrange and oversee the production of fliers, press adverts, posters and other marketing materials. * Liaise with creative agencies to develop new marketing concepts and tests. * Develop and manage digital marketing activity with Digital marketing managers * Provide timely consolidation of latest campaign results with succinct commentary  * Ensure local offices, call centres and fulfilment operations are fully briefed on forthcoming activity and provided with full campaign marketing materials to enable them to respond appropriately to customer needs.  * Ensure the appropriate sign off procedure is adhered to including legal sign off and that we operate within the ASA, Financial Services, Consumer Protection, and Data Protection guidelines as well as charity regulations and standards.  * Maintain records of sign-offs and approved artwork in accordance with the Marketing Process. Experience, Skills and Knowledge * To be considered, you will need to demonstrate solid experience within Direct Response Marketing, including campaign management, database marketing, and digital marketing.  * Experience marketing commercial products and financial services would be hugely beneficial.  * You should have a thorough understanding of the full marketing mix, along with the ability to handle complex campaigns.  * Excellent Excel spreadsheet and MS office skills are essential.
