Fixed Term, Maternity Cover for 12 months This crucial role manages supporter recruitment, development and retention across a broad number of channels including direct mail, door drops, telephone, digital, press, outdoor, face to face and lottery as directed by the Head of Individual Giving. The post holder will ensure creative approaches, that deadlines are met and learning from test activity applied. You will also be responsible for campaign management, which will include planning, briefing, copywriting, managing agencies, proof reading copy, artwork development, financial reporting & control, submitting data requests and preparing post campaign analysis and recommendations (not an exhaustive list).   The successful candidate will be managing two members of staff in the Individual Giving Team who collectively bring in over £6m each year. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and will liaise with and brief key internal stakeholders up to senior level to drive forward campaigns and feedback on results. Developing relationships with key clients and therapists is another essential part of this role as it will ensure we have strong and compelling case studies for all our fundraising needs, with all the necessary consents, liaison with suppliers and third parties at all stages (including telephone agencies, design agencies, print and production teams) communicating and managing campaign requirements and maximising ROI.
