Use your outstanding ability to interpret and maximise data opportunities. Drive the management and development of a cross channel marketing approach to deliver cross sell supporter journey and events marketing strategies through a compelling creative. Forge fantastic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders including internal teams and agencies, negotiating the best outcomes for our supporters, Legacies and CRUK. Direct line management and career development of your team ensuring they feel supported to deliver campaigns whilst challenging them with their personal development. Our science holds the solution. Experience of managing direct marketing campaigns with a holistic approach Ability and desire to work independently as well as part of a team (both internally and externally); with key stakeholders and suppliers Strong communication skill with confident analytical, writing, and presenting skills and the ability to negotiate and influence senior members of the team Ability to lead and manage a team in conjunction with coaching, developing and motivating reports.
