The British Heart Foundation (BHF) Technology Graduate programme offers the opportunity to experience and work in a range of teams and departments within one of the UK's largest charities. You'll work in a number of Technology teams including: Service Desk, Business Analysis and Digital, which will allow you to gain a thorough insight into the life of a technology professional at a major UK charity. Throughout your time on the programme you'll be fully supported and have a clear development programme. In addition to learning on the job, you'll have a BHF mentor and will attend action learning style events with your fellow graduate peers. You'll also have the opportunity to attend learning events such as face-to-face workshops and have opportunities to play an active role in high profile events to grow your skills, knowledge and networks. At the conclusion of the two year programme, we hope you will choose to continue your career in our Technology Directorate. The programme isn't a theoretical training exercise; you'll provide hands-on support across a wide-range of activities within the Technology team, with an initial focus on assisting some of our large-scale technology transformation projects. We're seeking outstanding, talented and ambitious graduates to join us for this fantastic programme. In addition to your 2(1) or better degree in a STEM subject, you'll be self-motivated, team-oriented, possess a hunger to learn and an appetite for real responsibility. Our assessment days are on Monday 30th and Wednesday 1st April 2020 at our head office in London Stage 4. Offer stage Following the final stage we will be in a position to make offers to our new Graduates and provide feedback to all candidates that made it to that stage. You will drive the delivery of exceptional digital user experience right across all aspects of our work. Leading the digital services department, you will use your experience of and vision for digital transformation and engagement to create a new road map for the charity. You will be the person who can take our excellent digital services to the next level, playing a key role in our mission to improve the lives of everyone affected by epilepsy. Our existing services include busy websites, a forum and our growing e-learning offer, all being integrated through our Dynamics 365 CRM. As a member-led charity, people with epilepsy are at the centre of everything we do. You will believe, as we do, that putting people first is key to being effective digitally and you will be able to demonstrate how we can do that in a bigger and better way. You will be responsible for a dedicated and skilled team that includes everything from basic webpage creation and maintenance to major digital project delivery and Drupal development. You will also be responsible for our in-house design team, providing design services across all digital and print-based media. Your work will play a big part in our profile raising and fundraising work, as well as ensuring our vital advice and information services reach those that need them.
