We’re looking for a reliable and friendly individual with a good eye for detail and excellent organisational skills to join our team. Now we need a Supporter Experience Assistant to assist the wider team by providing a wide range of administrative and logistical support to deliver a varied programme of cultivation and stewardship activities that engage and inspire our supporters. We are approaching a very exciting phase in our new high-value fundraising strategy and are in the process of setting up a myriad of new opportunities for our supporters. You will be responsible for... Coordinating and delivering several print and digital communication mailings, including administration, mail merging, proofreading and working with fundraisers Create and deliver thank you letters for donations on behalf of fundraisers Support the wider team with specific projects including milestone recognition, printing and binding of reports, our stewardship framework and naming and recognition policy Raise purchase orders and track finance expenditure for the team Ensure accurate record keeping by updating the database to capture relevant touchpoints with our supporters Undertake basic logistical tasks by scheduling meetings, creating agendas and posting of letters and gifts. You will have strong organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and excellent service delivery will be key to being successful within the position and enable us to plan and deliver our supporter’s a world-leading experience as effectively and efficiently as possible.
